	Made famous by Lu Yu, Lung Ching or Dragonwell is a classic green tea from the beautiful West Lake area of Hangzhou, China. An exceptional grade, this spring-picked tea is meticulously prepared from only one bud and one tender leaf. It's flat, smooth appearance and emerald green colour will produce a fragrant brew with a delicate golden colour and slightly sweet, nutty taste. It's refreshing taste and cooling effects on the body make it a very popular tea in the summer.

*To Prepare* Lung Ching Superior is best when brewed with spring water at a temperature of 170° to 180° for 2 minutes. We recommend one scant teaspoon for every 8 ounces.
