Spice tea, or Chai, is generally made using the black tea from the Nilgiri region in the blending. This intriguing blend enjoys the intoxication of vanilla, headiness of cloves, richness of cinnamon, traditional cardamom and black pepper.

This wonderfully fragrant brew will warm your home and your spirit. Don't think of this just as a wintertime beverage, enjoy it iced for a summertime variation.

To Prepare
Autumn Nights
may be brewed with milk or without. We enjoy ours best when brewed for 10 minutes or more with equal parts water and milk and 1 full teaspoon for every 8 ounces. After brewing, strain into a pot, sweeten as desired and reheat as needed.
