Black Currant

Black Currant is not to be dismissed as a 'gimmicky tea'. This tea is the most popular flavoured tea served for traditional Afternoon Tea in Britain. The natural flavors of sweet dried berries compliment black tea elegantly. A blend of China and Ceylon blacks flavored with the sweet, fruity black and red currants.

Smooth, full-bodied and fruity with a golden red liquor and intoxicating aroma. Pairs wonderfully with warm scones, clotted cream and strawberry jam. Don't save this tea for special occasions only. Enjoy it every day.

To Prepare
Black Currant is best when brewed with spring water at a temperature of 210° for 3 to 5 minutes. Use one full teaspoon for every 8 ounces. Enjoy this tea through 2 infusions.
