Buche de Noelle

 Legend says the French bakers invented this dessert as a symbolic replacement for the fireplace log, or Buche de Noel, because households in Paris were required to keep their chimneys closed during the winter. This prevented Parisians from being able to enjoy many of the French Christmas traditions.

We've recreated the flavors of this decadently rich dessert, omitting the calories, for a fun, flavorful, dessert tea. Rich, dark chocolate, buttery caramel and nutty almonds are blended with high-quality black leaves for a unique blend.

To Prepare
Buche de Noelle
is best when steeped with spring water at a temperature of 210° for 3 to 5 minutes. Use one full teaspoon for every 8 ounces. Enjoy this tea through 2 infusions.
