Budding Sydney

Using fine silk thread and hand-picked, hand-pressed flowers, the tea master then creates these little bundles which represent life, love and beauty. When infused, the leaves slowly expand, revealing its delightful secret. One bundle will make one 3 or 4 cup pot with multiple infusions.

To Prepare
Budding Sydney is best when brewed with spring water at a temperature of 170° to 180° for 5 to 7 minutes. Enjoy this tea through multiple infusions.
