Chocolate Chai
Chai, traditionally made with blends of cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla, cloves, nutmeg, coriander and ginger transforms black tea into a rich, sweet, full-bodied brew. This one may not be a traditional masala chai blend, but it certainly is delicious! Velvety black tea is blended with bits of real chocolate and a hint of vanilla to make this chai blend sinfully rich and aromatic.

To Prepare
Chocolate Chai may be steeped with milk or without. We enjoy ours best when brewed for 10 minutes or more with equal parts water and milk and 1 teaspoon for every 8 ounces. After brewing, strain into a pot, sweeten as desired. Reheat as needed.
