MIM Estate Darjeeling (2nd Flush)

On a clear day you can see the peak of Mount Everest from this award-winning estate. The MIM Tea Estate in the northern region of India produces incomparable Darjeelings. The second flush (end of May through June) produces a more fully developed tea than first flush (March through April). The fragrance and taste is a complex bouquet that tickles the senses.

This delicate cup with the distinctive "Muscatel" character has a nutty note and bright colour. For the second flush "champagne of teas" this tea is a wonderful value. A perfect tea to enjoy with all your meals.
To Prepare
Darjeeling (2nd Flush) MIM
is best when brewed with spring water at a temperature of 210° for 3 to 4 minutes. Use one teaspoon for every 8 ounces. Enjoy this tea through 2 infusions.
