Earl Grey Green

Legend says that the British Prime Minister, Earl Grey, who is believed to have saved the life of a Mandarin, during a diplomatic mission in China, is responsible for us enjoying the most popular oil of bergomot scented tea. With Earl Grey being the most popular scented black tea in the United States, we had to have this aromatic citrus blend available to us in green tea as well.

This China green tea is lightly flavored with oil of bergamot for a refreshing citrus flavor. A wonderfully aromatic tea to start the day. It has a golden liquor with a well-balanced flavor.

To Prepare
Earl Grey Green is best when brewed with spring water at a temperature of 180° to 190° for 2 to 3 minutes. Use one teaspoon for every 8 ounces. Enjoy this tea through 2 infusions.
