What
says winter, and particularly, Christmas, more than ginger bread. I
think we're all familiar with this dense, spice cake. Flavored
with ginger and served warm from the oven, this cake is generally
not iced, but served with tart, tangy lemon sauce.
We had to create a blend to honor this wonderful dessert, one that
evokes so many memories in many of us. |

To
Prepare GingerBread is best when brewed with spring water at a temperature of 210° for 3 to 4 minutes. We recommend one teaspooon for every 8 ounces. Enjoy this tea through 2 infusions. |
