Girl Rings

These beautiful teas were traditionally picked by young girls and then individually rolled around sticks to produce the unusual ring shape. From the southern part of Yunnan province in China, this spring-picked tea is comprised of only large-leaf, young bud sets.

Do not rush this exquisite experience. Enjoy the dance as you watch these rings unfurl and release their fragrant bouquet. The brew is delicate and light. The taste is unique, clean and slightly sweet.

To Prepare
Girl Rings are best when brewed with spring water at a temperature of 170° to 180° for 3 to 4 minutes. Use one scant teaspoon for every 8 ounces. You may enjoy this tea through many infusions.
