Silver Threads
The Yunnan province in China, with its high mountains and abundant rainfall, produces some of the most exquisite teas in the world. From that region comes this delicate "Yu-tsien" or "before the rains" green tea. Consisting of only one bud and one tender leaf, the hand plucked leaves are hand-rolled into long, fine threads resembling the threads of fine cloth.
The fine silvery threads produce a clear, golden brew with a distinctive flavor. Light, delicate, inviting. Whether this brew is your first sip in the morning or your last sip in the evening, you'll enjoy its warm, lingering flavor.

To Prepare
Golden Thread is best when brewed with spring water at a temperature of 180° for 2 minutes. Use one rounded teaspoon for every 6 to 8 ounces. You can expect this tea to sustain itself for multiple infusions.
