Hibiscus Mint |
||
Hibiscus
flowers have been grown in the rich Nile Valley for centuries. And
for centuries "tea" from the hibiscus flower has been been
enjoyed by Pharoahs and the people
of the desert. Not only is this herbal infusion wonderfully refreshing
for cooling the body in this hot arid climate, but the infusion
is also
used
during ceremonies. In Egypt and Sudan, hibiscus tea is often used to
toast the newly-wedded couple during the wedding
ceremony. We've taken this centuries old tart, tangy hibiscus and combined it with refreshing, brisk peppermint and caffeine-free Rooibos from South Africa. The resulting brew is delightful and delicious with a beautiful crimson color. A refreshing beverage to be enjoyed anytime of the day, anytime of the year. |
