The romantic shape of this tea is reminiscent of the great stone pillars of ancient times. This large-leaf green is from the misty mountains of the southern part of the Yunnan province, China. Hand-plucked, rolled and twisted using several large buds for its unusual shape.

Don't rush this fascinating tea. Watch the art before you. Allow the leaves a full 5 minutes to unfurl and release its intoxicating aroma, with its full golden colour and delicate, fresh taste. A tea for contemplation and introspection.

To Prepare
Jade Pillar is best when brewed with spring water at a temperature of 170° to 180° for 5 minutes. You can expect this tea to sustain its flavor through multiple infusions.
