Limoncello is a liqueur made from fermented lemons. Legend has it that the origins of limoncello were developed by nuns in the 16th century using fermented spices, aromatic plants, and fruits. It didn’t take long before people learned to soak the lemon peel in alcohol with sugar to create this delightful infusion which soon became a fashionable and delicious liqueur to enjoy well-chilled on a hot summer night.

Our classic blend of China and Ceylon blacks is infused with the juicy sweet pulp of the citrus fruit. The resulting aromatic brew is tart, tangy, yet smooth and full-bodied with a golden red liquor and intoxicating aroma.  
To Prepare
LimonScotti
is best when brewed with spring water at a temperature of 210° for 3 to 5 minutes. Use one rounded teaspoon for every 8 ounces. Enjoy this tea through 2 infusions.
