Lung Ching, or Dragonwell,
is a classic green from the beautiful West Lake area in Zhejiang province,
China. This excellent grade of spring-picked tea is meticulously prepared
from the youngest bud sets, consisting of one bud and two tender leaves. It's flat, shiny appearance and bright green colour will produce a fragrant brew with a golden colour and sweet, slightly nutty taste. It's refreshing taste and cooling effects on the body make it a very popular tea in the summer. |

To
Prepare Lung Ching is best when brewed with spring water at a temperature of 170° to 180° for 2 minutes. We recommend one scant teaspoon for every 8 ounces. You can expect 3 infusions from this tea |
