Organic Gunpowder
 This tea is produced in an estate completely free of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. Organic estates are increasing in popularity dating back only 7 to 10 years. Cultivation of tea under organic rules is very complicated and expensive. This tightly rolled gunpowder, or pearl tea, is an excellent tea from this estate.

Relax and observe these tiny spirals as they gracefully open during the 'agony of the leaves'. The brew is a delicate golden colour with a complex, smooth flavor. A brisk brew to be enjoyed daily.
To Prepare
Organic Gunpowder is heavier than most greens. Use a scant teaspoon per 8 ounces and do not overbrew. Use a temperature of 180° to 190° for 2 to 3 minutes. This tea can be enjoyed for 3 infusions.
