Raspberry Royale
We love berries (which you may have noticed with so many Notting Hall "berry blends"), whether strawberries, blueberries, gooseberries, or raspberries. They each blend beautifully with black or green leaves. Raspberries, as the other berries, are a wonderfully versatile fruit that is not only delicious, they are high in fiber, vitamin C, calcium and ellagic acid (a cancer-preventing compound). We've blended this high-powered fruit with Japanese Sencha green leaves for a light, refreshing brew.

A light golden liquor, with the fragrant fruitiness of raspberries. Although naturally sweet, a hint of tartness adds just a bit more complexity. What better way to start your day than sipping a refreshing cup of Raspberry Royale.
To Prepare
Raspberry Royale is best when brewed with spring water at a temperature of 170° to 180° for 2 to 3 minutes. Do not overbrew. We recommend one rounded teaspoon for every 8 ounces. You can easily enjoy 2 infusions.
