Parisienne Rose |
|||
| China's "burgundy
of tea" and fragrant rose petals is one of the oldest scented
teas produced. Plantation workers would cut rose blossoms from the
bushes that lined the fields and sprinkle the petals onto the withering
tea leaves. The result was a delicately rose scented brew. Today, the
process is much the same with the addition of essential oils from the
rose hips.
Romantic and beautiful. This hua cha or flower tea has a golden liquor with medium-body and intoxicating perfume. Enjoy it on its own accompanied by a delicate tea biscuit. | |||
To
Prepare Parisienne Rose is best when brewed with spring water at a temperature of 210° for 3 to 5 minutes. We recommend one teaspoon for every 8 ounces. Enjoy this tea through 2 infusions. |
Tea Lovers Also Recommend If you enjoy this fragrant Rose-scented blend, you might also enjoy the Japanese Sencha blend, Kyoto Rose or romantic Passionate Nights. |
