Packaging
Notting Hall teas are beautifully packaged in triple-layered foil bags and air-tight tins and are offered in 2 ounce, 4 ounce and 8 ounce sizes. On our tea pages, simply indicate which size you would like. If you are interested in purchasing in larger quantities, please contact us toll free at 866-361-TEAS. We'd be glad to accommodate you.
When purchasing, remember one ounce of leaf will give
you approximately 8-10 cups of tea. The average serving uses
one rounded teaspoon, or two grams of tea, per 8 ounces

Shipping Information
At Notting Hall, we take as much care shipping your order as we do selecting our quality teas and accessories. Because temperatures vary across the country, we may choose not to ship over a weekend to ensure quality upon arrival.

When ready to "check out" on our website, you have the ability to select between USPS Priority and UPS Ground - as well as overnight and 2nd day air. After entering your zip code, the "estimated" cost for shipping will appear so that you can make an informed decision. Please do not assume that UPS Ground is the least expensive of all the options. When your order has been filled and the exact cost for shipping has been calculated, only then will your credit card be charged - not when your order is placed.

Multiple recipients will be treated as individual orders. There will be a $1.00 handling and packaging fee added onto each order. If you have immediate needs and require overnight service, please call for rates. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally.

Please be advised that USPS rates increased, once again, as of January 22, 2012.

Returns
When purchasing our gift sets, accoutrements, books and other items, we take great care to ensure your purchase will arrive in perfect condition. If you have received damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST.

If you have received damaged merchandise, you may return the merchandise for a full refund or credit for that of equal value. Please retain the packing slip/statement and, if possible, use the original carton and packing material. If you did not save the original carton, use a rigid box with adequate material for cushioning. Seal the carton securely and address it legibly.

Sales Tax
If you are a Massachusetts resident, a retail sales tax will be calculated on all non-food items at the rate of 6.25%. Exempt from sales tax are individual teas and food items. If these foods are combined in the form of a gift basket with non-food items, it will be taxed as a gift.

At Notting Hall, we respect our customers' privacy.
We do not sell or trade our customers' email addresses to other companies or organizations.
