Full of vitality, mystical and inquisitive, the "Dragon" is the king in Chinese mythology. This magical, artistic tea is completely hand-made and rolled into the famous dragon shape. From high in the mountains of the southern part of Yunnan province, this down-covered, almost white, spring-picked tea is made from the youngest bud sets.

A pleasure for the eye as well as for the palate. Only a few of these cylindrical pods are needed for a satisfying cup. The pale brew with its clean, crisp flavour and lingering fragrance is delightful. Enjoy this tea for special occasions, when guests drop by, or in the afternoon when you need a little pick me up.

To Prepare
Snow Dragon is best when brewed with spring water at a temperature of 180° for 3 to 4 minutes. Use one rounded teaspoon for every 8 ounces. You can expect this tea to sustain itself through many infusions.
