| When
the morning mist hovers over the horizon; tiny birds are scurrying
about searching out breakfast; the flower buds are just
about to open and greet the day, and the earth is about to stretch
out its
limbs and envelope you, that's our inspiration for this blend.
White downy buds are gently mixed with green leaves and then delicately
scented with orange and peach
blossoms
and rose hips. The liquor is a pale golden colour. The taste is delicate and smooth with a light bouquet of fragrant blossoms. A wonderful tea to share with someone special. |

To
Prepare Spring Dawn is best when brewed with spring water at a temperature of 160° to 180° for 2 to 3 minutes. We recommend one heaping teaspoon for every 6 ounces. Enjoy this tea for 2 to 3 infusions. |
