Kerala, located in the southwest of India, people say that there are
as many coconut trees there as there are stars in the sky. You can imagine
the beauty of this tropical paradise where sand dunes shelter a linked
chain of lagoons and backwaters; the still waters of which are studded
with seagulls and country canoes plying at a snails pace. The silence
of the clear skies is broken only by the coos of koels, a type of cuckoo,
and the frequent flutter of cranes perched on the embankments. We've combined shards of sweet, succulent coconut and dried pineapple bits with Rooibos, the only other herb in the world which undergoes a fermentation process like black tea. Prepare Tiki Torch is best when brewed with spring water at a temperature of 210° for 5 to 7 minutes. We recommend one teaspoon for every 8 ounces. Enjoy this tea through 2 infusions. |
