Province in China is the original home of the wild tea plant. Yunnan
tea is considered the most "noble" of
Chinese teas and from this province, with its high mountains and abundant
rainfall, comes this excellent grade
of noble teas. This tea with its gently twisted leaves and golden tips
will bring a smile to your lips. An excellent grade Yunnan with many golden tips soon to become your favourite way to start your day. Full-bodied with none of the harshness of ordinary grades. Some describe the spicy notes as almost "chocolatey". Stands up very well to milk and sugar. |

To Prepare Yunnan Superior is best when brewed with spring water at a temperature of 200° for 3 to 4 minutes. Use one rounded teaspoon for every 8 ounces. Enjoy this tea through 2 or more infusions. |
