From Fujian Province, China, comes this exceptional green tea infused with delicate jasmine blossoms. This high grade jasmine is hand-made with 'before the rains' green tea and steamed to absorb the fragrant jasmine blossoms the day they are picked. The scenting continues many times over the course of a month. The blossom petals are then picked out and leaves are refired to remove the moisture. Prepare Yin Hao Jasmine is best when brewed with spring water at a temperature of 170° to 180° for 2 minutes. We recommend one full teaspoon for every 8 ounces. You can enjoy this tea through many infusions. |
